• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3Community Guidelines

TalkPH is a place for open, respectful discussion. By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post or share any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Engage in hate speech, bullying, or personal attacks.
• Post spam, advertisements, or self-promotional links without permission.

4User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on TalkPH. However, by posting content, you grant TalkPH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform and in promotional materials related to TalkPH.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

5Intellectual Property

All materials and features on TalkPH, including the logo, design, layout, and software, are the property of TalkPH or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the website without prior written consent.

6Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using TalkPH, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

TalkPH is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or any content posted by users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkPH, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform,
• Any content or conduct of other users, or
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

9Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TalkPH at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the community.

You may also delete your account at any time. Certain content or data may remain on our servers as part of backup or audit logs.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of TalkPH after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11Governing Law

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to post any content or materials on TalkPH. You agree not to upload, share, or reproduce any content that:

• Uses another person’s work without proper permission or credit.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on TalkPH without authorization, please contact us at support@talkph.com with details of the infringement.

We may remove the content and suspend the user’s account in accordance with our policies.
